Residence Club Sangineto

Location is very good as the Residence is close to the beach and the city centre where you can hang out every night for drinks and cocktails or just to relax eating a slice of MussiRussi pizza. Rooms are ok: plenty of space and in some of them even a/c. Kitchen's rooms are provided with the basic cutlery and pans but some of them are a little bit old and rusty so you should ask the reception to change them. Wifi is not working at all, even if they say the contrary. Common areas should be provided with WiFi but Internet connection is so slow that with ten people connected to it it will be impossible to download even a simple Web page. All in all, a nice place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy the nightlife offered by Sangineto.

Super promoted place, fantastic holiday!!! We stayed for 1 week with my husband and my son at this residence and everything was perfect, we rested and didn't think about anything. Very nice place, green, clean room, good good good food (interesting and well made dishes) for both adults and children, friendly staff available for every request. Super kind and helpful manager, competent and helpful maître d, competent and super friendly waiters (special greetings to Camilla and Erika). Transparent sea 300 meters away, a pleasant 5 minute walk, with fantastic views. Super super promoted animation with Sammy, Jessica, Angela, Yassin and Elisa! We stayed in this property from 29-07 to 05/08 2023. They welcomed us very kindly and at 10:00 we already checked in and used the swimming pool. The assigned room is located in the renovated block, everything is really new and in perfect condition. Starting from the fixtures and ending with the bathroom, new, perfect and well organised. The cleaning staff was always courteous and changed our bathroom towels every day! Due to a refrigerator malfunction, I was also able to see that within 2 hours they replaced it, leaving everything clean and tidy. Positive note also for the catering which with the maître Marco and the waiters was attentive to the service offering truly excellent and welcome timing in the mise en place. Negative note for the proximity to two similar discos which from midnight to 3.30am even 4.00am raised an absurd volume, outside of any legal rule. We pointed this out to the management and the traffic police but nothing could be done. The swimming pool is old and with the area in front of it practically made of asphalt. There is a poorly maintained bathroom and not even a changing room (convenient for those who arrive early and want to use the swimming pool in the absence of a room) The distance from the sea is approximately 250/300 MT. Flat road (430 steps) and can be covered in 5 minutes on foot. We were with the stroller and it wasn't that tiring... Outside the structure there is practically nothing. The only evening bar that I found positive on the seafront is the CENTRAL BAR which offers good croissants even in the evening and makes excellent coffee. At the facility they made us pay a deposit of €50 for extra drinks, that is, in the room if you took sparkling water, coke or wine it was deducted from your credit and at the end of your stay they gave you a report. Excellent solution if you knew the prices of the drinks. They are not written and the waiters don't know it. Anyway: Water €1.5 bottle Can of coke €2.50 Coffee at the bar €1.20 The animation is never invasive, except for the poignant music that forces you to listen to in the morning on the beach. Complaints for muscle awakening never heard before and what's more always the same... The beach is also made up of painful pebbles and large stones. The umbrellas perhaps a little too close but due to the shape of the coast, an obligatory solution.
